How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched before 2pm during the working week and should not take more than 3 business days to arrive.
How do I get a refund?
In the unfortunate event of your order not arriving, you can send us an email at info@evese.london stating your name and order number where a refund process will begin.
How do I return / exchange items?
Please ensure any items you wish to return are unopened • undamaged • unused for a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 28 working days and in its original condition. We ask that you jot the relevant details including name, address and order number with the item either on a piece of paper or on the envelope and post to:

What if I change my mind?
If an order is placed by mistake, your items will be dispatched by 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following day. Should you wish to cancel or make us aware you don’t wish to receive the order, please write to us with the relevant details including name and order number at orders@evese.london where you’ll be refunded providing the items are not in transit.
