If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Evése’ best interests to do so.

Returns Policy
Return products by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – Up to 14 working days
Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method.
You will need to complete the Returns Form included with your Invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. In order for us to further develop and improve our products and services please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund.
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your emails address should we need to contact you regarding your return. If you no longer have your Returns Form, please include a covering letter with your name, address, Order Number, a convenient telephone number and your emails address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. Please also include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Please ensure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once we have processed your return our Returns Department will contact you by telephone or email. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. If, after sending your parcel back you have not been contacted by us, please kindly contact us at info@evese.london in order for us to further investigate.
FAQ
What if the item is faulty?
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can ensure other items are not affected. Refunds or reimbursements for postage or recorded delivery is not available for returned items.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
Can I cancel an online or mail order?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just sent us a notice of cancellation by email to info@evese.london and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where items are delivered to a third party you can also exercise this right, as long as you are able to return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

UK DELIVERY
Evése•London are pleased to offer you free delivery for online orders:
STANDARD DELIVERY
You’ll receive your order within 5-7 working days (Please note, during Sale periods this may take up to 10 working days). Standard delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands. Normal charge: Free.
- Free delivery applies to Standard UK Delivery only.
- This offer is only available on the evese.london site, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Signature on delivery for security reasons, all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you know you won’t be at home during normal office hours, it’s a good idea to provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

European & Rest of World Delivery Terms
Evése does not deliver to destinations outside of the UK at this time.
In line with our new pricing policy, all prices include VAT (where applicable). Prices may therefore be displayed at a higher or lower price than previously stated. UK VAT will be removed and your local taxes, duties and charges will be added. The total for your order is confirmed at the checkout stage, before you proceed to pay and compete your order.
